Asking about using song for our video

We would like to use Ed Sheerans song U.N.I to go with the theme of university. We sent an email to confirm using the song:

Group meeting update

After last meeting up as a group we decided on a few changes:
-Not to actually go on a train at nene valley but to time when the train will go by and make it look as if Faith got onto the train and then cut to her at the peterborough train station, home of her university.
-The stalker will not be a hoody. The costume will just be all black and the character will be in low key lighting when shooting to show her as a bad character.
-We have decided to start shooting next week and after looking into the train times we will have to record that scene on 10th feburary.
-Debating which song to use, we have a few in mind but not sure which one/two to use.

-Has a 'stalker' (Karina Mayes) who watches Faith and her boyfriend together, opening of film does not reveal who this 'stalker' is

-Gets attacked, not knowing by who as she cannot see, but the audience know it is the 'stalker'
